In six points of error appellant contends the trial court erred by: (1) denying his motion to suppress evidence; (2) denying his motion to suppress appellant's statement; (3) admitting evidence for which the State had failed to establish a proper chain of custody; (4) refusing to rule on certain pretrial motions; (5) refusing to submit a jury charge of the lawfulness of the police conduct; and (6) depriving him of a fair trial. We affirm.
